Group Charter Tours
We have various groups that have organized their own day and multi-day trips and may have space available for extra passengers. We welcome you to call the office and we will pass on any information of group charter tours that we have available.
Build Your Own Tour
Do you belong to a group, organization, school/college that would like to have their own tour? We can plan and organize every detail for you whether it be an educational tour, ski trip, casino trip, theatre, concert, shopping or sports event. Day, Overnight or extended Multi-Day tours can be customized to your needs and preferences.
Vehicles
Most Foley vehicles are available for charter service. For a complete description and pictures of our fleet, please refer to Our Fleet page.
Licence
Foley's are licenced by the Ontario Highway Transport Board for a public vehicle operating licence for the transportation of passengers on a chartered trip from points in
The County of Hastings (including Quinte West),
The County of Prince Edward,
The County of Lennox & Addington,
THe County of Renfrew,
The County of Haliburton
The County of Northumberland
The Municipality of South Algonquin in the District of Nipissing
The City of Kawartha Lakes
The County of Peterborough
The City of Toronto and Mississauga
to all points in the province of Ontario, all points in Canada and the U.S.A.
We are also licensed from all points in Ontario on behalf of the Department of National Defence.

To book a charter trip with Foley's, simply contact us and we will discuss the wide variety of available options that would best suit your needs and assist you with any arrangements desired.

Drivers
- Our drivers are professional, safety-conscious, courteous and properly licensed.
- Each Foley driver has been trained under the Ontario SuperHost program.
- We are fully insured for operating Public Vehicles.
- We have a number of drivers who are certified to drive legally in the U.S.A. under the required Drug and Alcohol Testing.
- We adhere to the standards set out by the Ministry of Transportation (Ontario) regarding hours of service and daily log book use
- (Joe) Foley Bus Lines Ltd. and Foley Tours & Travel Inc. are registered members of the Ontario Motor Coach Association (OMCA)
- Foley staff have Ontario SuperHost training
- Tour Operator's Licence provision: Travel Industry Council of Ontario (TICO).
