BAGGAGE
  Baggage handling will be provided on all stays longer than 2 nights. Each passenger is permitted one suitcase, that will be handled at each hotel by the staff. Passengers may also have one small hand bag to be taken on the bus and carried by the passenger. Foley Tours & Travel are not responsible for any lost or damaged luggage.

SEATING ON THE MOTORCOACH
  Seating is based on a first-come, first-serve basis. Seating will not be reserved for each trip. Transportation will be provided by a deluxe Highway Motorcoach. Each Highway Coach is equipped with a washroom (except the 20-passenger mini-coach).

IDENTIFICATION
  It is the passenger's responsibility to obtain (and keep with you at all times) proper identification for each trip as required. Trips to the United States will require proof of Canadian Citizenship as well as photo identification. Proper identification includes; birth certificate, passport, immigration papers or citizenship certificate.

ITINERARIES & ACCOMODATION
  A detailed itinerary will be provided approximately two weeks prior to departure and will include all destinations, hotel names and phone numbers.

SMOKING & BREAKS
  There is no smoking permitted on any of the highway coaches. We will stop approximately every three hours for the purpose of smoking and stretching.

INSURANCE
  Cancellation Insurance is strongly recommended and must be arranged at time of booking. Medical Insurance is available at the time of booking, with your deposit, for an additional cost. Insurance is non-refundable if cancellation occurs.

CANCELLATION
  In the event of a cancellation, please telephone the office immediately to confirm your cancellation. To claim a refund from your cancellation insurance, please refer to the claims procedure on your cancellation certificate.
  If notice of cancellation is received by Foley Tours & Travel more than 30 days before tour departure, a full refund of all payment (excluding insurance) will be provided. Any cancellation made within two weeks of departure date will not be refunded by Foley Tours & Travel Inc.

FOLEY TOURS RESPONSIBILITY
  All Foley's tours are subject to alteration and cancellation. Due to the variety of companies we work with to prepare your trip, alterations may take place to any tour. We are not responsible for any changes that may occur to the itinerary, caused by other companies. We reserve the right to accept or decline any person who wishes to tour with our company. If a tour must be rescheduled, Foley Tours & Travel will refund all moneys paid but is not responsible for any subsequent losses.

TOUR PICK UP
  Foley Tours & Travel originates from Madoc, Ontario and travels to many surrounding areas, including Belleville. We are permitted to pick up at many locations and a detailed list is available by calling the office.

SPECIAL REQUESTS
  Special requests may be made at the time of booking (eg: diabetics, physically challenged, etc.). We will try to accomodate each request accordingly. Please call the office to get details of special requests and special pick-ups.

GRATUITY
  Gratuity on most tours is not included in the cost of your tour, unless specified. Gratuity is welcome and should be based according to the level of service you have received.
