Owner & President - Duane Foley
|
Duane, the son of founders Pearl and the late Joseph Foley, came to work for his parents after completing his training as a Registered Mechanic, in 1981. He took over management and became President of the company in 1986.
Duane has expanded the business since taking over. He purchased additional school bus routes and companies over the next few years and then purchased the first highway coach in 1991. He has since obtained several more highway coaches and had the public vehicle operating licence expanded to cover a wide area of southern Ontario.
In 1999, Duane started a new company, Foley Tours & Travel Inc. and became a registered Tour Agent. A year later, the company became a Wholesale Operator as well.
Celebrating over 40 years of success for the family-owned business, Duane looks forward to many more years of working with the public, hoping that one day another family member will allow his retirement to become a reality.

Operations Manager - Warren Savage

Warren keeps the operation running smooth. He is reponsible for all the day-to-day
operations. Warren will help you with any questions or concerns you may have.

Charter Bookings/Dispatch - Caroline Donovan
|
Caroline began working with Foleys in January 1998. She quickly progressed from part-time to full-time employment in our tour department. Caroline's duties include price quotes, vehicle booking for group charters, driver/hostess assignments, tour bookings and insurance needs. Caroline enjoys meeting new people from different areas over the phone, dropping into the office or while out in public at various functions.
On Sept. 1, 2007, Caroline's duties changed to full-time bookings and dispatch for Foley Bus Lines.

Receptionist & Dispatch Operator - Brenda McCoy
|
In the fall of 2001, Brenda joined the staff of Foley Bus Lines as Receptionist and Dispatch Operator. Her duties include computerizing the maintenance and fuel records of the company vehicles, answering the phone and keeping in contact with the school bus drivers by mobile radio when they are on the road.
Foley's are looking forward to enjoying Brenda's company and service for many years to come.

Tour Office Manager - Carol Paranuik
|
As a sister to the owner, Duane, Carol has been with the company for more than 30 years. Starting out in the office at the home of her parents, Carol was the only person in the office at that time. She took care of all the necessary work, including bookings, price quotations, confirmations, radio dispatch, student problem solving, payroll, bookkeeping, etc. As the company expanded and grew, it was necessary to hire additional office staff, leaving Carol to tend to a full-time bookkeeping job.
On Sept. 1, 2007, Carol opened a Tour Office in downtown Madoc (see contact info below). Carol is available to help with any questions or concerns regarding tours and would be pleased to assist in planning and arranging custom tours.
