Fragrance Free on the Coaches
No scent makes sense! Just a reminder – our coaches are fragrance free. We ask that our passengers refrain from wearing any scented perfumes and colognes. For the comfort of all of our passengers, we ask you to be considerate of those individuals who suffer an intolerance to scents. No scent is the best scent.
Pickup Points and Locations
The pickup locations listed below are available for most tours. Other pickup locations may be available and will be assessed on a per tour basis as requested. Please don't hesitate to ask, as we do our outmost to accommodate each passenger when possible.

Local Charities & Fundraisers
Each year, Cardinal Coach Tours receives many requests from worthy, charitable causes. Given the volume, we are unable to address each charity. Please know we do give consideration to making our community a better place.
Note: All tours are subject to applicable taxes (GST/HST/etc.).
Trip Cancellation
Up to $400 (cost of the trip): $20 per person
$400 to $800: $30 per person
$800 - $1,400: $50 per person
Florida: $125 per person (will not cover cruise option portion of tour)
Cancellation only for medical reasons with doctor’s note up to 24 hours prior to departure.
Also, does NOT include interruption insurance.

Deposits and Final Payments
The following payment schedule takes effect immediately:
- Casino Tours: Full payment at time of booking
- Day Trips: Full payment at time of booking
- Overnight Tours: $200.00 deposit due at time of booking **
- Balance due 42 days prior to departure
